Birth of the Dhul'Hujjah moon is going to take place on the evening of 21st of January at precisely 21:06 and 01 seconds GMT . This would mean that the crescent moon will be old enough to be easily sighted on 22nd January over the Americas, Africa and parts of Middle East. This would give us Hujj (Yum-al-Arrafat) on 31st January and Eid-ul-Adha on Sunday 1st of February.
However, in some Asian and Far Eastern countries (Ex-soviet republics, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia), moon is not likely to be sighted on 22nd and therefore, their Eid-ul-Adha might well be on Monday, 2nd of February.
